What To Do when You Have Cat Emergencies

Emergency therapy is often required for accidents within the house.  Do not assume that a cat or kitty will automatically understand its physical limits or be able to tell.  It may be able to drop from any angle and recover its footing but only inside specific heights.  A kitty falling from a balcony is just as likely to sustain considerable harm as any other animal.  Cats can be vulnerable to accidents as children, and you should keep a constant eye.

It is beneficial to understand what the area treated you may give before the cat receives veterinary attention.  In extreme situations, this may make the difference between death and life.  A cat that is in or extremely frightened pain scratch, and can instinctively withdraw and bite if handled.  If this occurs, talk and maintain the cat as restricted as possible until professional help is available and warm, comfy.  As with any emergency, the primary rule is not to fear and the next is to rely on your common sense.
